Steve McLaughlin, "Coach Mac," has 20 years
of experience with the game of lacrosse: learning
the game in New Jersey before playing collegiately
in the state of Virginia. Since moving to California,
he has been instrumental in the development of
youth lacrosse in Sacramento, as one of the
co-founders of the Sacramento Valley Lacrosse
Foundation. Additionally, Coach Mac played on
and headed the men's club team, and currently
coaches at the high school level.
