       1.        PLAYING TIME
    a.        Team sizes are appropriate to allow playing time for all players
    b.        Players earn their time on field, unaffected by team or school affiliation
    c.        All players are treated equally, our coaches are fair and unbiased

       2.        HIGH LEVEL LACROSSE WITH TALENTED TEAMMATES FROM ACROSS THE REGION
    a.        Past players hailed from Reno, El Dorado Hills, Granite Bay, Elk Grove, Folsom, Sacramento, Penn Valley,         
               Roseville, Orangevale, Citrus Heights, Fair Oaks, and more
    b.        Ryquin players have gone on to excel at the next level, playing for teams like Dominican, Chapman, Cal,
               Gonzaga, St. Mary’s, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, Creighton, San Diego, and more
    c.        Past teams have featured All-Americans, All-Conference and All-League selections

       3.        LEARN FROM EXPERIENCED COACHES WHO HAVE PLAYED THE GAME
    a.        All of our coaches played the game at high levels, there is no alternative to experience
    b.        Our coaches have won accolades for both their playing and coaching abilities
    c.        Coaches take the time to evaluate and teach each player how to improve their own game.

       4.        MEET AND SOCIALIZE WITH GIRLS/BOYS FROM OTHER SCHOOLS
    a.        Ryquin expects to host teams at the U-15, U-17 and U-19 level, for both boys and girls
    b.        No other summer program in Sacramento hosts partner teams of both boys and girls
    c.        We have regularly scheduled interaction between the teams throughout the summer

       5.        OFF-FIELD FUN, CREATING A SENSE OF FAMILY AND COMMUNITY
    a.        Ryquin Lacrosse is a family-run organization and promotes that concept across the board
    b.        We host social activities for both players and their families to encourage all to get involved – playing lacrosse
               should bring you closer to your family, not pull you away
    c.        Lacrosse should never be a chore.  Our emphasis is on enjoying the game on and off the field.
