    team. The only thing I would change would be more attack on defense drills; where the defense would
    practice their defensive moves on attack men instead of other long poles. Great camp overall.

    a lot of work on the core fundamentals of lacrosse form Coach Winn and the Ryquin staff. Cole is moving
    up from 7v7 to U13 next season. Coach Winn gave a good lesson on legal contact. Cole was dragging in
    the middle of day three when the weather starting heating up, but after winning a New Warrior head in
