A three hour beginner Instruction clinic that included the basic fundamentals of catching and throwing,
individual offense and defense skills, rules of the game, teamwork and strategy.
  • Participants leave with a better understanding of the game, improved technical skills and the basic
    concepts necessary to join and contribute on a team.

    a lot of work on the core fundamentals of lacrosse form Coach Winn and the Ryquin staff. Cole is moving
    up from 7v7 to U13 next season. Coach Winn gave a good lesson on legal contact. Cole was dragging in
    the middle of day three when the weather starting heating up, but after winning a New Warrior head in
