for the next level of play, through directed instruction, simulated game experiences, targeted drills and live competition.

  • Winter lax brush Up will be led by Ryquin's elite coaching and teaching staff:

  • GIrls must have goggles, stick and mouth guards. Boys need full equipment.
  • A limited number of boys and girls lacrosse sticks/goggles will be available to borrow for the clinic,
    courtesy of Brine Lacrosse and Warrior Lacrosse.

is open to both boys and girls lacrosse players between 7th & 12th grade.

The clinic is geared to get you
ready for try-outs and to fine
tune your skills for the spring
lacrosse season.

  • Offensive cuts and
    dodges (how to get
    open),
  • Defensive body
    positioning (individual)
    and footwork,
  • Ground ball skills,
  • stick skills and ball
    tricks,
  • How to put the ball in
    the back of the net
  • And much, much more!

The clinic has limited spots so
that instructors can provide
personal guidance in a small
group setting.

The clinic is geared to dust off
the rust, get you ready for try-
outs and fine tune your skills
for the spring lacrosse season.

  • Individual dodges,
    defensive positioning
    and checks
  • One-on-ones,
  • Extra man,
  • Putting the ball in the
    back of the net
  • And much, much more!  

    We will finish with live
    scrimmage play for all
    participants.
