Cancellation, Terms &
Additional Information
* Registration for Rio City Lacrosse
does not guarantee a spot on the
team.  Your skills and ability play
the Coach's practice.   Should the
coaches feel that it is not safe
for you to play against other players at
the varsity level, you will be refunded
your registration fee.  

*No player can play on a CIF team and
Rio City. No player can play for more
than one NCJLA team.
Players should not make outside
commitments that conflict with Rio City
practices and game schedule.

REFUND POLICY:
RIO CITY LACROSSE: Your
registration is non-refundable if you
withdraw or if you have been selected
and decline the spot on the team.
US LACROSSE: US Lacrosse fees
(which were paid to US Lacrosse either
during or prior to the
registration process) are not
refundable at any time.

RIO CITY LACROSSE - REFUND
EXCEPTION
If for any reason we are unable to offer
a player a place on our team, we will
give a FULL refund
of your Rio City Lacrosse registration
fees.
A player who withdraws from the team
before the first game for medical
reasons based on a
season-ending injury (with a doctor's
note) will receive a 50% refund.
Refund requests must be in writing
(email accepted) to the Rio City
Lacrosse administration.  
Medical requests will be reviewed, all
other registration payments are final.
Refund requests, medical or otherwise,
will not be granted after the first game.

I understand that there is a
uniform/fundraising deposit of $150
Each player is responsible for
submitting $150 for uniform/fundraising
deposit. A player's deposit
will be returned at the conclusion of
the season if the following criteria are
met:
All team apparel has been returned on
the day of the last game.
Each player is responsible for raising
$150 to keep the program running.  
Refund will not
exceed $150.
Deposit refunds will be issued at the
end of the season.
Failure to meet the $150 fundraising
requirements and/or return of uniform
as listed above will
result in forfeiture of deposit.

    Registration for Ryquin Lacrosse 10U Wicked Owls does not guarantee a spot on the team.  
    The players ability to play in a safe manner will be evaluated at practices.   Should the coaches feel
    that it is not safe for you to participate/play with/against other players at the 10U level, you will be
    refunded your registration fee.  

    REFUND POLICY:
  • RYQUIN LACROSSE: Your registration is non-refundable if you withdraw or if you have been
    selected and decline the spot on the team/cheer. If a participant continually refuses to respect
    their coaches, the players, administration or fans and/or to follow directions, Ryquin has the right
    to asked to them to leave the team or squad.
  • US LACROSSE: US Lacrosse fees (which are paid to US Lacrosse either during or prior to the
    registration process) are not refundable at any time.

    ADDITIONAL TEAM/CHEER REQUIREMENTS
  • Each lacrosse player is responsible for submitting $50 uniform deposit.  A player's deposit will be
    returned at the conclusion of the season if the following criteria are met:
  • All team apparel has been returned on the day of the last game.
  • Player/Family has helped the team reach its fundraising goal for the season.  
  • Each family is asked to raise $100 towards the team goal, through sponsorship, event sales or
    straight donation.
  • Each family is asked to volunteer during the season, opportunities will vary from game day
    support to snack coordinator, and more.
  • Fundraising opportunities include:
  • Ryquin Owls Flock to Gios
  • Ryquin Lacrosse monetary sponsorships/donations
  • Ryquin Owls Evening Out - Wine Event
  • US Lacrosse Insurance Membership - This is coverage that is required by all lacrosse
    organizations and is not specific to Ryquin.  Covers practices, games, tournaments, scrimmages,
    and more.
